Disability and Life Insurance
FP provides short- and long-term disability coverage to all full-time employees (32 hours or more per week). Additionally, we provide a group life benefit.
Retirement Plan
All employees are provided an opportunity to participate in Arabella’s 403 (b) retirement savings plan. FP will match up to 5% of the contribution after 1 year of employment.
Professional Development
Friendship Place recognizes the value of professional development for its employees, and provides funds to eligible employees for training, membership in professional societies, and other development opportunities.

FP provides employees the opportunity to use pre-tax dollars from their regular pay to purchase local transportation vouchers.
Leave and Vacation
Our organization provides employees with a competitive package of vacation, personal leave and floating holiday. Full time employees earn up to 20 days of vacation, floating holiday, personal leave per year. To support new mothers and fathers, FP provides paternal leave.
