About our donation drives

Over three decades ago, Friendship Place began as a humble community initiative to provide care and support for the homeless. Today, we have grown exponentially, but our core values remain the same – to rely on the generosity and compassion of our community in order to meet the needs of those we serve.
The journey from a small grassroots effort to an organization that has made a significant impact on the lives of thousands is a testament to the power of collective action. We owe our success not only to our dedicated staff and volunteers but also to the unwavering support we receive from individuals like you.
It is through your donations, contributions, and tireless efforts that we are able to supply essential items and services to our participants. From basic necessities such as food, clothing, and shelter, to vital resources like counseling services and job training programs – every single donation makes a difference in transforming lives.
